Traditional Naxian Bread – Learn the secrets of kneading and baking your own rustic loaf of bread using local flour.
Greek "Gemista" (Stuffed Vegetables) & Hand-Rolled Grape Leaves – Master the art of hollowing out fresh summer tomatoes and peppers, making the perfect herb-infused rice filling, and wrapping tender grape leaves.
Famous Naxian French Fries & Tzatziki – Fry the world-famous, delicious Naxian potatoes and make your own fresh, creamy cucumber-garlic tzatziki.
Your Choice of Local Delicacies – Depending on the day, we also make traditional Greek meatballs (Keftedakia), crispy fried zucchini sticks (like french fries), or a rustic Naxian omelet with potatoes.
Fresh Greek Salad or "Dakos" – Just before we eat, we prepare a fresh Greek salad with juicy tomatoes and olives, or a traditional "Dakos" (barley rusks topped with chopped tomatoes and local cheese) so everything stays perfectly crisp!
Authentic "Pasteli" (Sesame Honey Bar) – Craft this ancient Greek energy treat using premium local honey, high-quality Aegina pistachios, and fresh orange zest.

In Greek tradition, zymoma (kneading) is not only about bread. It is a symbol of care and patience, of bringing ingredients together and shaping the flavors of traditional recipes with love.

Roll up your sleeves for a unique hands-on experience. We use Zea flour, an ancient grain known for its nutritional value since antiquity. You will learn the rhythmic art of kneading your own individual loaf, a ritual that connects you to the roots of Greek tradition.
